It is now 1:15am Monday, March 28th, however I want to share my beautiful Sunday with you. This was my second day volunteering to walk sheltered dogs. The dog in the picture is named Elf. He was a really sweet and calm creature. We walked for about an hour.
It was windy today, but the sun was still shining. I made sure to wear sunscreen, shimmer lotion and shades! For the rest of the day, I spent it avoiding my homework. However, I have a really clean apartment now as well as some clean clothes.
I'm not proud that I procrastinated doing my homework, but it was too lovely of a day to stay inside. I hope you too were able to enjoy the sunshine. I also want to mention something I learned from observing Elf today. He kept stopping at tumbleweeds to smell and investigate them. Which made me realize, I too should stop and take the time to look around and smell the roses, or in this case tumbleweeds. Until next time.
